Which email address should I use to sign in?
Use the same email address that was entered when the ticket was bought. Your ticket access is linked to that address.
What if I cannot remember which email was used?
Open the viewer sign-in page and choose “Need help logging in?”. Enter the ticket buyer’s full name and we will show a masked hint for the booking email when we can find a single matching ticket.
My secure sign-in link has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the spam or junk folder for the ticket email address, allow a few minutes for delivery, and then request a fresh link. Use the newest message if more than one arrives.
Do I need a password?
No. Enter your ticket email address and we will email you a secure sign-in link. Open that email and select the sign-in button to return to the site.
What should I try if the stream buffers or has no sound?
Check your internet connection and device volume, refresh the watch page, and close any duplicate stream tabs. If the problem continues, try a current browser or another device.
