Refund policy
Official Live Stream - refund summary
This page summarises the refund provisions in the Full Terms & Conditions. The full terms govern every purchase and your statutory rights are not affected.
Online purchase cancellation rights
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, contact support@bridgwatercarnival.live within 14 days after the contract is made and clearly state that you wish to cancel. For a purchase made within 14 days of the broadcast, checkout asks for express consent for the livestream to begin within that period and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost once the livestream begins. See Section 11 of the Full Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation before the event
If Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival 2026 is cancelled in its entirety before the Carnival procession and Official Live Stream have commenced, advance live stream purchasers will be entitled to a refund of the price paid.
After the event or broadcast has commenced
If the procession or Official Live Stream has commenced and is later delayed, interrupted, suspended, shortened, altered or cancelled because of circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control, a refund will not normally be provided, subject always to statutory rights.
Technical problems
Temporary interruptions, buffering, reduced quality or other technical problems outside our reasonable control will not normally give rise to a refund. Where the service cannot be supplied, or there is a significant failure for which Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival is legally responsible, remedies will be determined under applicable UK consumer law.
Viewer equipment and missed viewing
Subject to statutory rights, refunds will not normally be provided where the purchaser decides not to watch, misses all or part of the broadcast, supplies incorrect contact information, or cannot view because of their own device, browser, home network or internet connection.
Requesting a refund
Contact support@bridgwatercarnival.live with the purchaser's name, order or transaction reference, and enough detail for us to investigate the request.
Full terms
